<div class="ptitle"> Estate Management DEPARTMENT</div> <p>The Department of Estate Management at Federal Polytechnic Ede runs two Diploma programme at National Diploma and Higher National Diploma levels. Students enrolled in this department at the ND level are entitled to 4 months Student Industrial Work Experience (SIWES) and a compulsory One year Industrial Attachment (IT) programme.</p> <p>The ND programme is aimed at producing sub-professionals who will be capable of handling and performing to an acceptable standard certain range of Estate Development and Management functions and solving problems in their various fields of employment with some supervision.</p> <p>At HND level, the programme is aimed at producing technologists at sub-professional level who at the end of the course will be capable of handling and performing higher acceptable functions, in their various field of employment with minimum supervision.</p>
